  1. Simply call 613 913-7369 to arrange for a pick-up; delivery will be 3 days later. Regular pick-up and delivery days can be scheduled with your Browns Home Delivery Service Representative.    

  1. Is there a charge for home/office delivery service?
  1. No, Browns does not charge anything additional for this valet service.

  1. How do I pay for cleaning done through the delivery service?
  1. Browns Cleaners can charge your credit card directly, or you can pre-pay your account by cheque.

  1. Does someone have to be home when a pick-up or delivery is made?
  1. No, this service is all about your convenience. Simply let your Service Representative know where you have left the order, and where you want your clean clothes placed. Most often, customers prefer orders to be left at the front door.

  1. How do I submit my personal preferences?
  1. When you first contact Browns Home Delivery Service, a profile with your personal preferences is created and stored. Simply let us know if your preferences have changed and we'll update your file.
