The process is simple.
How does it work?
You call, we pick up, clean and then deliver your clothes back to you. And the cost for this VIP treatment and added convenience is ... nothing! You can take advantage of our delivery service without being charged any more than normal for your cleaning. And there is no contract committing you to use the service for a specified period or frequency.
Your Browns Home Delivery Service Representative will arrange a pick up and delivery schedule with you. We'll get your preferences (for instance, whether you want your shirts folded, or on hangars, etc.) and payment can be made by credit card or through pre-payment by cheque.

When?
You don't need to have a dry cleaning order every week to take advantage of this convenient service. When you speak to your Home Delivery Service Representative, simply determine what works well for you and your family. Whether that means every week, or you calling us as needed -- there is no minimum, so don't be shy, take advantage of our valet service!
Our service is offered on a three-day cycle, as indicated below. Your Home Delivery Service Representative will arrange pick up and delivery days with you.

At specific times of the year the need for dry cleaning is often greater (drapes, area rugs, tents and sleeping bags in the spring, winter coats and duvets in the fall, table linens over the holidays, etc.).
